Modern Sanctuaries specializes in online design consultation services, offering recommendations to enhance the aesthetic appeal of your space. It is important to note that our deliverables are not intended to serve as construction documents. We do not assume responsibility for the means, methods, or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, safety precautions, or the performance of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, or any other individuals involved in executing the project.

As an online interior design firm, Modern Sanctuaries conducts all communication exclusively through online channels, primarily via email.

Clients are expected to provide comprehensive information about their project requirements to facilitate effective collaboration and personalized design solutions.

Modern Sanctuaries assumes no responsibility for coordinating repairs, maintenance, replacements, or handling freight claims related to purchases made based on our design recommendations. Clients are advised to communicate directly with manufacturers to address any product-related issues. Additionally, due to the seasonal nature of specifying retail items, availability may vary throughout the year. We strongly recommend prompt ordering, as there are no guarantees that an item specified today will be available six months from now. If a retail item goes out of stock within the initial 30 days of receiving your final design, we are happy to assist in re-selection. However, beyond that period, we reserve the right to close the project.

The project is considered complete upon the receipt of final design deliverables. Modern Sanctuaries reserves the right to close a project after 30 days of issuing final design deliverables.

We reserve the right to share and showcase renderings of our final design deliverables on our marketing platforms, such as our website and social media accounts. Adding projects to our portfolio is an essential aspect of our process. Please be assured that we respect your privacy and refrain from including any personally identifying information in our marketing materials. If you have any questions regarding this process, we are more than happy to provide clarification. Your support in this aspect of our work is greatly appreciated.

While we provide design recommendations to support wellness, comfort, and lifestyle, we are not medical professionals. We always recommend that clients consult a qualified healthcare professional for the diagnosis or treatment of health conditions.

E-design services are non-refundable due to the personalized and digital nature of the work. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your final design, and we will work with you to address any concerns.

Clients must acknowledge and agree to these terms before commencing any e-design services.
